Quotes & bookings

Quotes are given free of charge based on the description of the job or, where needed, a site visit or CCTV survey. If the scope changes once work is underway, we'll agree any change in price with you before continuing.

Emergency callout

Our 24-hour line is answered around the clock. Response times depend on the severity of the issue and current job load, and will be communicated when you call.

Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to drains, manholes and septic tanks, and for pointing out anything not visible on inspection.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting or immediately following emergency works. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about an invoice.

Liability

We take reasonable care to protect property and surfaces while working, and will flag any pre-existing damage or issues found during the job before continuing.
